Byelaw on the final inspection of built facilities

Abstract

The content of the Byelaw on the final inspection of built facilities, adopted in accordance with the Construction Law, and applied as of August 12, 2004, is described. Participants in construction that are required to take part in the final inspection are listed and their respective obligations are described. They are: client, designers, reviewers, contractors and supervising engineer. Conditions to be met for the delivery of the operating permit are described. Thus the permit can be issued for the entire facility or for a portion of the facility, and a provisional operating permit can also be issued.
